Applications are invited from suitable candidates for appointment as Communication Specialist (PPS-10) on contract basis under the project titled Development Communication. Here are the qualifications must have to apply for job. Master Degree or equivalent preferably in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Public Administration and International Relations from an HEC recognized university. Candidates must have excellent writing skills. Strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to learn a team and computer literate. Age of the candidates must be less than of 60 years. Applicants must have minimum 15 to 20 years post qualification experience in media/ communication campaign planning and management especially in the development sector. Duties of the candidates includes preparation of communication action plans for promotion and projection of development policies, programs and project through electronic, print, digital and social media.
