|Purpose of Job:
To work with the Business Development team at British Council to support the sales and marketing function of the examine the product portfolio.
The British Council’s Business Development Department has set in place an progressive plan to ensure its growth and greater impact in a fast changing, global environment. For this , the department will be engage and working more directly with partner from all sector.
Its opportunity to work as a part of the IELTS Business Development team, the Business Development Consultant will support the team in not only increase sale but also to maintain relationship with current customers.
Accountability, Responsibility and Main Duties:
Enhancing customer base for IELTS.
Responsible to meet month wise volume target.
Responsibility to achieve weekly visit target.
Implementation of IELTS business development strategy in the field.
Plan and organised daily work plan to call on existing and current clients.
Key account management of existing IELTS partners with regular visit.
Enhance the existing network of partnership and cultivate all these relationship.
Plan all activities and represent British Council at trade fair exhibition external event.
Keep management inform by submit activity and result report,as weekly call and sale report, work plan, and about regular market analysis.
Provide regular market intelligence which inform the marketing strategy.
Identify new market for wider analysis products portfolio.
Answer inquiry received in person, email or telephone in a timely, friendly and professional type.
Act on customer feedback by investigating main problem, developing solution and making recommendation to higher management.
Monitor client accounts and ensure regular follow-up.
